Staff can grant a free trial when available. A staff-granted trial does not require a payment, and keeping the plan afterward requires starting a paid subscription.

How do I change or cancel my plan?
Open Membership & billing in your dashboard, then choose the secure billing portal. Stripe shows the options available for your subscription and the date any change takes effect.
Does a subscription approve me as a marketplace provider?
No. Helping and Development provider applications are reviewed separately. Membership perks do not bypass provider approval or the review of individual service posts.
What happens when a staff-granted trial ends?
Each member can receive one free trial across all plans. Ending or expiring it does not make another trial available. The trial ends on the date shown on your account. A staff-granted free trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. You can choose a paid plan separately if you want to continue.
Where are my payment details stored?
Payments and saved payment methods are handled by Stripe. Your dashboard shows only masked details, and directs you to Stripe for payment-method changes.
Do membership perks change moderation rules?
No. Community rules, warnings, and appeal decisions apply independently of your membership.
